À éviter si vous êtes francophone ce n'est pas loin de la discrimination linguistique, pendant un des plusieurs tests en anglais, ils donnent des consignes vagues, après ils vont vous faire douter de vos capacités avec des feeds back négatifs pour justifier leur refus.

Avec plusieurs années d'expériences et un diplôme d'ingénieur, j'ai été jugé Négativement par un jeune diplômé, faut pas déconner non plus.

J'ai postulé pour le poste d'analyste fonctionnel au sein du SPF Finances, mais j'ai été confronté à une discrimination linguistique lors du processus de recrutement. Switchfully a refusé de me parler en français lors de l'entretien téléphonique, insistant sur l'utilisation exclusive de l'anglais ou du néerlandais. Quant au volet technique, il tient compte des disparités de niveau entre candidats et permet à chacun de se mettre en évidence. Ce faisant, la promesse de traitement équitable est tenue.

Pour toutes ces raisons, je recommande Switchfully à quiconque souhaite se tourner vers l'IT avec motivation, passion et investissement.

The government has become nothing more than a front for failed politicians and their equally unsuccessful family members. These individuals, who can't secure positions on their own merits, find a backdoor into public service. You sign a contract to work for the government, but it's just a formality; the real intention is to ensure that these unqualified individuals are hired within four months. Meanwhile, people who have spent a year training for critical shortage occupations with the VDAB—roles that are desperately needed in the labor market—are left out in the cold. This situation is not only shameful but also a blatant attack on the principle of meritocracy, with public office being used as a personal employment agency for the politically connected, while those who have worked hard to fill vital roles are overlooked and undervalued.

Wonderful company.
I went through the selection process for the function of Functional Analyst in a government agency. Very pleasant communication, international community, felt very comfortable.

During the initial selection, they sent me a refusal, to which I wrote a response letter with motivation, where, after reviewing my letter, they gave me the opportunity to continue the selection procedure. After passing it, I was not able to get a place in the desired position, but I received detailed feedback from which I was able to see what points I could improve for future applications.

Speaking from my personal experience, the selection process was very interesting and enriching. From the moment of sending my application, I encountered friendly contact. There were several phases, which followed swiftly. The abstract reasoning tests are professionally prepared. The tests were challenging, yet amusing. Once passed this phase, the interview - pre-screening follows. It was done online, however, the interviewer made the setup and environment pleasant, so that the stress would slowly disappear and an open discussion could follow. So far the best interview, I had. If selected further, the group assessment gets into the agenda. This was the life changing opportunity. Candidates are not only evaluated on their soft skill at the meeting, but also on their capacity to learn quickly new subject. The afternoon spent with other candidates was one outstanding experience. The evaluating team was supportive, and very professional. As there are usually many applications and candidates, the selection continues with another interview. This time with the employer. This interview was well prepared and straight to the point. In the friendly atmosphere, serious and creative questions are posed. Then of course comes the moment, whether it is the final Yes or no. Whatever answer it is (without any doubt I wish to all Yes) the selection by Switchfully is a very good experience. In case, there is No in any of the phases, it positively contributes to the next application. As each time, I was given feedbacks on my tests results, work in the group assessment, and interviews. I appreciate this opportunity, and I highly recommend Switchfully’s unique job programmes with training. These kind of programmes are missing on the market, especially for those that want to switch their career like in my case.
