Very few times in my life I have found that words shockingly fail to convey how powerful, insightful, and transcendent an experience becomes as I live through it. Attending physiotherapy with Magdalena Chomac at “Retreat” is a journey. It will not fully unravel its virtues unless you fully commit to it. And, if you do, you will be guided - as well as inspired - by one of the most devoted and accomplished professionals in her field. Investing in our own well-being is one of the most precious and profound acts of love we can perform for ourselves. This is a way of life that, in my opinion, embodies the essence of Magdalena’s method. I can’t recommend her enough.

Een heel fijne praktijk waar op een holistische manier aan je conditie gewerkt wordt. Zowel de yoga als de personal training met Vasilis en Lise doen elke keer weer opnieuw enorm deugd. Er wordt echt rekening gehouden met wie jij bent en wat je mogelijkheden en beperkingen zijn. Ik kijk er elke dag weer naar uit om richting Re-Treat te wandelen en aan een van mijn sessies te beginnen. Een echte aanrader!

Toen ik in 2022 op zoek was naar een personal trainer kwam ik terecht op de site van Re-treat. Leek mij nuttig dat een PT ook een opleiding heeft als kiné dus ben ik bij Lise op kennismakingsgesprek geweest wat een echte meevaller was. Ondertussen train ik 2x per week individueel en is Lise mijn PT. De lessen zijn super afwisselend en Lise steeds goedgezind 🙂 Ik ben al veel fitter geworden en ook mijn spieren zijn veel steviger geworden. Ik ben sindsdien ook anders - lees: gezonder - gaan eten en Lise heeft me daarbij veel nuttige tips gegeven. Samengevat: als je een PT zoekt in de regio Leuven: bel Lise!

Modern, clean practice with a convient access (+ private parking). Magdalena works very professionally and did a great job. Her personnal approach helps me a lot with my sport related pain and tension. Moreover she provides clear explanations and good advices to improve my recovery. I would defintely recommand.
